The Fold - An exhibition of new work by the Marches Book Arts Group
Step into ‘the fold’ and join us in celebrating the endless possibilities of what paper can do. Watch the play of light and shadow through our cut and folded book structures, and share our passion for expanding the boundaries of what a book can be. We are acknowledging the festival’s theme in its ‘people’ sense celebrating the people we are as a group, and as individual artists. Our wide range of unique handmade book art works variously feature elements and techniques of print and mark making, calligraphy, eco-dyeing, paper cutting, origami, collage, photography and stitch to tell our stories.
We are an open group of artists who meet monthly in person and online to share techniques, skills and information.
