Thank you showing an interest in exhibiting at the Marches Makers Festival 2026.
The curated exhibition will take place in St Mary's Church, Kington from 2nd to 4th May 2026.
Space is limited to 40 exhibitors, and we are anticipating that we may be over-subscribed. All exhibitors must live within a 20 mile radius of Kington.
The deadline for submission is 30 November 2025
In your submission please include the following: 1 - Three photographs representative of work that would be included in the exhibition. Please include information about your chosen media, and the approximate dimensions of the work. Please note that no giclee prints or reproductions will be accepted. 2 - A 50 word biography to appear in the brochure. 3 - Contact details (name, address, email and phone number). 4 - Website and social media details.
Selection will take place in early December. Successful exhibitors will be informed soon after this has taken place, and a £20 submission fee will be payable at this stage.
The brochure will be produced during January.
2D artists will be allocated an 8' x 4' vertical screen 3D artists will be allocated a 4' x 4' horizontal space (at table height)
25% commission will be payable on all sold work, and all exhibitors will be expected to do a 4 hour stewarding shift either at the church or in the Market Hall.
