Unique jewellery often inspired by an eclectic and ongoing collection I have gathered over many years while living in different countries and environments, mainly Mexico where I spent twenty years and where I learned my craft with silversmiths from Taxco, a picturesque, cobbled town built around the mines.
I enjoy working with silver, a wonderfully malleable metal and I apply texture using various techniques. The overall form, the shapes are what interest me and then I like to bring in colour and movement, giving an air of freedom to each individual piece.
I include many different elements to achieve this - it is the design, the look of a piece that is important to me, not the value - beauty is to be found everywhere.
