This year at the Market Hall you can explore the relationship between art and storytelling through puppetry, bookmaking, poetry, play and creative crafting.
Visit The Drawing Room and place your marks on a huge collaborative artwork. Watch skilled artisans demonstrate their craft and learn about the history, resources and inspiration involved. Each day of the festival will have a different programme of possibilities for you to try your hand at, enjoy, and explore. Sunday 5th May - 10am - 2pm - Blacksmithing Demonstration with Kit Garnett who will be bringing his portable forge and making simple objects and chatting with visitors - definitely a sight to be seen (and heard!)

Sunday 5th May - 11am - 1pm - Object Biographies with Yvie George, artist and archaeologist. Bring along an item that reflects something about you and artist Yvie will draw as you tell your story. Click on the picture for more details.
