I live and work in rural Herefordshire, which strongly influences my practice. I love the pattern and texture found in the countryside around my home and workshop, taking great pleasure in repetition with subtle difference. Working predominantly in silver, each piece contains repeat elements in a variety of colours and finishes, satisfying my desire for pattern and multiples. Areas of gently etched or rolled silver play against the graphite-like quality of oxidized surfaces and polished highlights.
