I have lived in many places across the British Isles, but settled in Wales 4 years ago, due to stunning vistas that carry my mind and body into new realms of inspiration.
I have spent many years painting, sculpting and drawing in detail. I work in miniature as I like to draw the viewer to look more deeply at the subject being painted or created. The closer you look you start to discover things that might have been overlooked had the work been larger, thus, pulling you deeper into the image. My intention is for the observer to be transported to a place where my mind travelled when I painted the scene.
