Mike Clements
I am a fine art printmaker and book artist. My ideas come from close observation of the world around me, often focusing on quirky aspects of life.
I demonstrate and sell my artist's books regularly at artists’ book fairs, including recently The Small Publishers Fair, London; and at the Manchester and Liverpool artists' book events.
My artist’s books are in public and private collections, including the Tate Gallery London, Yale Centre for British Art, the Minnesota Centre for the Book and Glasgow, Manchester Metropolitan, UWE Bristol and Oxford Brookes Universities, and Arts University Bournemouth.
I was, for many years, printmaking tutor at the Sidney Nolan Trust, www.sidneynolantrust.org and remain a member of the Marches Book Arts Group, www.marchesbookartsgroup.co.uk/mike-clements
