Herefordshire Mind’s ArtSpace groups are thrilled to be showing a selection of both emerging & established artists’ work.
ArtSpace runs its sessions from Herefordshire Mind’s base at Heffernan House in Hereford’s Widemarsh Street. It provides individuals with a positive, creative and therapeutic environment and aims to enhance their well-being, reinforce and re-charge their creativity and help people achieve their own goals.

“Being able to access a dedicated, non-judgemental space for art, where I feel safe to express myself has become a vital and necessary tool to my recovery. It is helping me to build my confidence, whilst supporting my recovery of fibromyalgia and post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Herefordshire Mind has been supporting individuals struggling with their mental well-being for over 40 years. It offers a range of services including residential services, community groups and activities, and individual outreach support. It also delivers training to a wide variety of organisations in Herefordshire.
