Marches Makers Festival

Exhibition of Miniatures

Over the 3 days of the August Bank Holiday 2021,  an artist-curated exhibition of size-restricted artworks in a variety of media will be displayed in the Kington Baptist Church, 57 Bridge Street, Kington, HR5 3DJ

The entrance is ​FREE and all the works on display are for sale.

Opening times:
Saturday    10am - 5pm
Sunday       1pm - 5pm
Monday      10am - 5pm


Note: there is ramped access to the Baptist Church

Exhibition Requirements

All the artists applying to exhibit in the Marches Makers Festival had to observe these rules:
​
  • Live or work within a 20 mile radius of Kington
  • Show a maximum of 3 works all of which are for sale
  • 2-D works must be no larger than 150 x 150 mm ready to hang, mounted/framed where appropriate (maximum size for outer edge of mount/frame 250 x 250 mm)
  • 3-D works must be no larger than 150 x 150 x 150 mm​
  • Provide up to 3 images which are representative of your work and a bio of 50 words for this website
​
Applications to exhibit in this year's festival are now closed, but if you are interested in exhibiting or joining in a future Marches Makers Festival, please keep an eye on this website and follow us on Facebook and Instagram for details of the what we will be doing in the next festival and when applications for the 2022 festival opens.
​
The whole exhibition is going to be filmed and the video will be available to watch from this page and on our YouTube channel from the morning of Saturday 28th August.  
​
