Ever since I was old enough to pick up one of my father's chisels and break it, I have been trying to make things from wood. For nearly fifteen years I have been doing this to earn a living, firstly in Bedfordshire, now in Herefordshire.
My work often includes elements of carving or inscriptions. Recent projects include a bed with a Japanese inspired design of egrets on the headboard and a font for Queens College, Cambridge.
I usually work to commission, working with my customer to create the design. From a bookcase to a four-poster bed - what would you like?
