#sketchacrosstheworld is a social media creative initiative devised by Kington based artist Katherine Owen (@thewalkingsketchbook). Katherine is using Instagram as a platform to send out a global invitation to go outside and sketch your environment, encouraging us to connect with nature and share our experience over the weekend of 2nd & 3rd of May. Marches Makers Festival is eager to support the project as it’s inclusivity of participation and celebration of place through creativity are integral to the festival aims.
