Demonstrations in the Market Hall in Kington
There are 3 special demonstrations over the weekend in the Market Hall where you can watch fine art printmaker Michael J. Hancock demonstrating the use of the printing press to produce beautiful intaglio prints; greenwood craftsman Lewis Goldwater hand carving spoons and turning on a pole lathe and Ambrose Burne a contemporary forged metal artist using his portable forge. The Information Hub
If you see anyone wearing one of these jolly sashes - made by Kathryn Moore - you can stop them and chat and ask questions - these are official Festival stewards and photographers who will be wandering around Kington over the weekend! During the festival, the Information Hub, located in the Market Hall (next to the Kington Primary School on the map below) will be on hand to help you. They will have flyers and information sheets, programmes and maps - everything to help you find your way around the festival venues and make sure you don't miss anything!
